We are a law firm which practices in the City of San Diego. We represent a number of clients that conduct business in the City of San Diego. We hereby make a request pursuant to California Government Code sections 6250 through 6276.48 for certain records maintained by the City of San Diego Development Services Department, Planning Commission and Planning Department related to the approval of the CUP described above approved on or about March 29, 2016.
We hereby request copies of all Records (as defined in the Public Records Act) regarding all reports and documents prepared by or submitted to the Planning Commission regarding the CUP.
