To Whom It May Concern:


Under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., I’m requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that are in the possession of the San Diego Police Department relating to an accident that occurred under the below mentioned event number involving a motor vehicle accident. The accident occurred on or about February 5, 2020. My client was a pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle.
