2. processing of applications for financial assistance
I'm looking for these types of regulations because they usually outline policy background, responsibilities of staff. scope and applicability, criteria, and additional forms which this can be included.
Some cities on note that detail the type of codified items I'm looking for are administrative regulations from the cities of Anaheim. long beach, Pasadena, and santa monica (as administrative instructions).
No rush for this thing, I'm doing this as a comparative project looking at how cities outline and dictate actions.
