Request #19-5359
  Closed

Machinable, disaggregated, raw data that was provided by the City to the Center for Policing Equity (CPE). Per the mid-September meeting of the Council Public Safety and Livable Neighborhoods, the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) stated that the City contracted with the CPE to undertake analysis related to identity profiling. At this committee meeting in response to the Councilmember Moreno's questions (2hr 44min mark in hearing video), Captain Jeff Jordan (SDPD) stated that the data would be shared with PS&LN. Also, the Captain shared that SDPD was beginning to transmit data to CPE and that CPE's initial analysis is anticipated to be completed since 6 months from September 2019. This request is for the data that has been provided to CPE.
