- The name of the company San Diego Police Department contracts with to provide breathalyzers for city police. 

- The contract with the company to provide breathalyzers to the city's police force. The amount paid. 

- Any complaints from police officers regarding the operation or malfunction of breathalyzers in the field.

- Records of inspections of police breathalyzers.
