I entered a request on 27-OcT (19-5148), but noticed that my email address was incorrect because I mis-spelt 'hotmail'. So I opened a second request (19-5149) with the correct email. However, your colleague considered it a duplicate and closed out the second/correct request. Thus, I still do not have access to the 9-1-1 report that I called in.
Could you please re-open request 19-5149 and close out 19-5148?
I'd appreciate a copy of the call log for a 9-1-1 call that I made on 8/31/19, reference #E19080056242. And if possible, the attending officer's final notes/report.
