This is a Public Records Act request, on behalf of Mission Hills Coalition for Responsible Development, regarding any potential any future use or development of the property located within the City of San Diego ("City") commonly known as 925 W. Washington Street, San Diego, CA 92103 ("Site"). Pursuant to California Government Code § 6250 et seq., please provide prompt access to the following records: 1. All records regarding any plans, proposals, analysis, or reports related to altering, adding to, changing, or redeveloping the Site from the Mission Hills Branch Library;
2. All records regarding any requests for proposals to alter, add to, change, or redevelop the Site from the Mission Hills Branch Library;
3. All records regarding altering, adding to, changing, or redeveloping the Site from the Mission Hills Branch Library, including any letters, agreements, email, or memoranda;
4. All records of communication regarding any plans, proposals, or reports related to altering, adding to, changing, or redeveloping the Site from the Mission Hills Branch Library, including but not limited to, any City decisionmaker or staff, any applicant, any consultant, any member of the public and/or any other agencies. This request includes correspondence, notes, memos, and emails. This request includes all draft and final versions of records.
This request seeks records within the possession of the City. If there are other individuals or departments within the City that have records responsive to this request, please ensure they are made promptly aware of this request.
Pursuant to the Public Records Act, please respond promptly. Depending upon the volume and types of records produced, we may or may not request to receive copies. The City previously produced records in response to a prior request (Request #19-3297). This request seeks any additional records, beyond those previously produced, within the City's possession or control. Please contact me if you have questions regarding this request.
Please bear in mind that in responding to this request, if the City withholds any records, it must ''justify withholding any record by demonstrating that the record in question is exempt under express provisions of this chapter or that on the facts of the particular case the public interest served by not disclosing the record clearly outweighs the public interest served by disclosure of the record." Gov. Code§ 6255(a).  Thank you for your attention to this matter.
