I’m doing a Phase I site assessment for parcel in Otay Mesa, 8500 Kerns Street and 2600 Melksee Street and part of the due diligence is attaining fire department records regarding the presence or pulling of underground storage tanks etc.
I’m pretty certain nothing is going to come up on the property, it’s a new address and the site had not been developed before 2016. But can I make a records request via email? If there’s another method of doing so please let me know.
