Dear Sir or Madam,  

The Labor Management Compliance Council is a non-profit organization formed for the purpose of maintaining high standards and a level playing field for construction projects subject to prevailing wage laws in the plumbing and piping industry. To achieve this purpose, the L.M.C.C. carries out an active program to assure that laws governing the public works construction labor laws, public contract laws, and contractor license laws are enforced by the public agencies charged with their enforcement.

This is a formal request for information and documents on the above referenced project. We are requesting the documents pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6250, et, seq. The information I am requesting includes the following:

  • Date of Award
  • Bid Advertising Date
  • Bid Opening Date
  • Project Start Date
  • Project Completion Date
  • Contract for this Project (without specifications)
  • Bid and performance bonds
  • Names and addresses of each General Contractor and Sub-contractor and nature of their work, per the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act at California Public Contract Codes Sections 4100 – 4107
