Request for records pursuant to the California Public Records Act:

  • All records concerning the procedures regarding the investigation of San Diego Parking Enforcement Department and its Officers.
  • All records concerning ADA compliance training and education.
  • All records concerning reversals of disability parking citations.
  • All records concerning Complainants’ parking citations.
  • All records concerning reconsideration of disability parking citations.
  • All records concerning Parking Enforcement Officers’ rights/instructions/procedures to determine if a disabled person parked in a disabled space in the “proximity” of the vehicle.
  • All records concerning the duration of time to refund an escrow deposit and applicable interest, if a decision is reversed.
  • All records concerning revocation of registration for disabled vehicles based on the sole evidence of an Officer that the disabled person is not in reasonable proximity to the vehicle.
