Please let this  constitute  a formal public records act request for all communication to and from the City  of San Digo and it various departments and MTS regarding the Notice of Violation for the kiosk on Rail Court as well as  any communications regarding the  kioks  in front of the McDonalds building facing the new pedestrian plaza at the Port of Entry. The Notice of Violation  was  filed April 2nd 2018 for parcel no. 667-020-00 , 59671/2 Rail Court CED # 239859 . Also requested is any internal communications with in the City between Code enforcement , the City Attorney’s office and any other departments who sent or received communications regarding the notice of violation referred to above  and or communications regarding or referring to a  letter form Michael Freedman of the San Ysidro Community Planning group dated February 26. 2019 to Mara Elliot and his  previous letter dated September 17,2018 regarding the kioks at the Port of Entry  ,as well as communications regarding  the  withdrawal or recession of the aforementioned Notice Of Violation  and the facts relied on as to why it was rescinded.
