I would like to request a comprehensive list of every field of information that is collected from vendors who are awarded contracts (about their businesses, ownership, workforce, etc.) by the City of San Diego.
- Every field of information that is collected from vendors who have been awarded any type of contract by the City of San Diego.
To clarify the nature of the request, some examples of these 'fields of information' would include: name of vendor, total number of employees, vendor classifications/licenses.
I would essentially like to know all of the information the City collects/tracks from its vendors before the City awards any type of contract.
I have looked at Section 22.3004(a) of the San Diego Municipal code, which outlines contractor standards used by the City to evaluate bids. I am requesting more specific information than what can be found here. For example, Section 22.3004(a) lists "Technical qualifications" as an area that is evaluated--I would like to know more specifically, what information is requested from vendors in order for the City to evaluate "Technical qualifications."
