Subject: Why The Library

Hello City,

I'm trying to understand why they city is so insistent on keeping the wash station at the library. Very few people percentage wise use the bathroom at night and for almost 12hr during the day the library has open public restrooms. Are you trying to keep these people out of the nice library facilities?

We presented several better nearby locations that don't violate multiple city codes yet you insist on keeping it on a small crowded intersection next to two high schools. It just doesn't make sense.

How do I go about getting your internal communication and debates on why that spot was chosen and why you continue to insist it stay there? Do I need to file an FOI request?

Thank You,
