Please accept this as a request pursuant to the California Public Records Act, California Government Code Section 6251 et. al, for the following documents:

  1. Any and all phone logs that reflect requests for service, including but not limited to traffic service and police service, on Pomerado Road at or near its intersection with Caminito Alto, or the 11200 to 11300 block of Pomerado Road from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2016.
  2. Any and all phone logs that reflect complaints regarding Pomerado Road at or near its intersection with Caminito Alto, or the 11200 to 11300 block of Pomerado Road from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2016.
  3. The accident history for the intersection of Pomerado Road and Caminito Alto, or 11300 Pomerado Road, from 1990 to the present.
  4. Any documents, including letters, emails, and memoranda, regarding speed studies or requests to perform speed studies/surveys, conducted for the 11200 to 11300 block of Pomerado Road from January 1, 1990 to the present.
  5. Any documents, including letters, emails, and memoranda, regarding traffic volume studies conducted for the 11200 to 11300 block of Pomerado Road from January 1, 1990 to the present.
  6. Documents, including correspondence, emails, memos, related to changes in speed limit, or requests to change the speed limit for the 11200 to 11300 block of Pomerado Road from January 1, 1990 to the present.
  7. Documents, including correspondence, emails, memos, related to increases in traffic volume for the 11200 to 11300 block of Pomerado Road from January 1, 1990 to the present.
  8. Any and all emails, memoranda, or reports to or from the Risk Management Department relating to the intersection of Pomerado Road and Caminito Alto, including the raised median located at the intersection, or the 11200 to 11300 block of Pomerado Road from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2016.
  9. Documents related to any occasions on which the Risk Management Department has visited Pomerado Road at or near its intersection with Caminito Alto, including but not limited to requests received by the Department to visit the location, the number of times the Department has visited the location.
  10. Documents, including emails, letters, memoranda, and photographs, relating to any inspections of Pomerado Road at or near its intersection with Caminito Alto, performed by the Risk Management Department, from January 1, 2008 to the present.
  11. Documents, including emails, letters, memoranda, and photographs, relating to any inspections of Pomerado Road at or near its intersection with Caminito Alto, performed by the Risk Management Department, from January 1, 1998 to December 31, 2007.
  12. Documents, including emails, letters, memoranda, and photographs, relating to any inspections of Pomerado Road at or near its intersection with Caminito Alto, performed by the Risk Management Department, from January 1, 1990 to December 31, 1997.
  13. Documents, including emails, letters, memoranda, and photographs, relating to any inspections of the raised median located on Pomerado Road at its intersection with Caminito Alto, performed by the Risk Management Department, from January 1, 1990 to the present.
  14. Any photographs of Pomerado Road at or near its intersection with Caminito Alto taken by the Risk Management Department.
