This is a follow up to the request made to Brian Poole on April 14, 2017 for a copy of the proposal submitted by and current contract with Customer Service Experts to provide mystery shopper services and incentive programs for San Diego and its airport. 

I would like to know what the cost would be if I requested information electronically instead of hard copies.
