Please provide access to the following documents related to the City's utility-undergrounding program, as it relates to work currently underway in the College Area on Remington Road and Hewlett Drive:
  • Any records held by the City, including records of any communications between the City and its undergrounding contractors, regarding the presence of protected, rare, or endangered bird species in the canyon(s) adjacent to Remington Road or Hewlett Drive. If such records¬†exist regarding nesting or presence of gnatcatchers or raptors please include any records that show dates in which the presence of such species was detected.
  • Any records regarding biological surveys that have been conducted by the City or its contractors for the purpose of determining whether rare, protected, or endangered bird species are present in the canyon(s) adjacent to Remington Rd. or Hewlett Dr.
