I made a request and I did get a reply with the following info:

City of San Diego public records request 17-3512

The email I received from your department instructs me to click a button or link to view my request; I followed those instructions to no avail.

 

I was led to a page with a blank space in order for me to create an account but your website could not find my email address in order to do so. Help, how do I create an account?
