This is a request under the California Public Records Act for copies of the following records: Copies of all Equal Opportunity Report Forms (AR-96.50) filed over the past five calendar years that contain a report complaint of sexual harassment. Under Administrative Rule 96.50, Section  6.5 "Records Maintenance", these reports are maintained on a variety of categories, including "complaint basis, department/division, final determination, and resulting discipline, if any." To the extent that some information in the reports are subject to redaction I request those redaction be kept to a minimum, such a personal identifying information of the reporting party and subject party. I also request the city provide summary or aggregate data of all complaints of sexual harassment, by year and city department, for the past five years.
