2. Any and all City of San Diego Conditional Use Permits from the last 5 years to the present permitting "Blossom San Diego Delivery Services" to operate a medical marijuana dispensary at 2335 Roll Drive, San Diego, CA 92154.

3. Any and all documents related to City business tax certificates issued to "Merrick Holdings, LLC" by the City of San Diego.

4. Any and all documents related to City business tax certificates issued to "Blossom San Diego Delivery Services" by the City of San Diego.

5. Any and all documents related to City business tax certificates issued to "A GREEN ALTERNATIVE COOPERATIVE, INC." by the City of San Diego.

I attach records from the State of California Secretary of State indicating that Merrick Holdings, LLC appears to be operating a "Medical Marijuana Consumer Cooperative" at 2320 Paseo Del (sic) Las Americas, Suite 104, San Diego, CA 92154.

I also attach records of Blossom San Diego Delivery Services, which apparently operates or was operated at 2335 Roll Drive, San Diego, CA 92154 and advertises itself as a marijuana delivery services (see, e.g., http://blossomdelivery.com).

I am therefore requesting the following additional public records potentially held by your department:

6. Please produce any and all documents in the possession of the City of San Diego Development Services Department that refer or related to Merrick Holdings, LLC.

7. Please produce any and all documents in the possession of the City of San Diego Development Services Department that refer or relate to Blossom San Diego Delivery Services.
