I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records (that are dated between January 1, 2012 and present) that pertain to the Padres small event income, and any income related to other non-baseball events, based on clauses XXII E, F, and G of the Memorandum Of Understanding between the San Diego Padres. The city of San Diego's taxpayers have a vested interest in how these monies are spent.
