I would like to request all emails -- excluding staff reports and other technical materials already publicly disclosed -- related to the city of San Diego's Climate Action Plan goals to increase the number of bike riders, pedestrians and transit users in the city. I kindly request that this request go back a year to October 2015. The inquiry should include but not be limited to all City Council offices, the Mayor's office and staff and the planning department.
