Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code section 6250, et seq., I request the below listed documents.


A) City: means the City of San Diego and andy of its agents, employees, officials, orrepresentatives.

B) Inspector: means natural persons employed by the City to observe, report on, or to enforce stormwater regulations and best management practices.


1) All manuals or materials used by the City during the education, training, or certification of stormwater Inspectors.

2) All manuals or materials relied upon by Inspectors to complete stormwater inspections or to enforce stormwater regulations and best management practices.

Note: This is a second request due to a lack fo response from the City of San Diego regarding Request #16-1310 submitted on June 28, 2016.
